​​​D NAP Consultants (OPC) Private Limited is a start- up venture registered under the Companies Act 2013 having its registered office at Pune in Maharashtra set up with the objective of providing services in the field of Valuation and related consultation.
The founder of the Company, Arch.  Archana Date, is the proprietor of S N Associates, a firm providing architectural and liasoning services in Pune since last 20 years and, with her vast knowledge and experience has started the Company D NAP with the objective of providing various kinds of property valuation services.
S N Associates has been working in liasoning field in Pune all the zones PMC, PCMC, PMRDA, area under Collector, right from documentation to completion. TDR generation, TDR utilization, layout sanctioning, amalgamation and sub-division of property, 37 modifications, 14.4.1.G approvals.
S.N. Associates has worked on the projects from the range of low segment residential projects such as Rakshaknagar at Kharadi, Pune to the projects in the areas close to IT hubs for IT professionals like Acolade, Promonade, Everglade at Kharadi, Pune and Prime Projects such as usurious Fortaleza at Kalyaninagar, Pune, etc. by the renowned builders in the City.​​​
